General Biography
David is an associate in the Columbia office and practices
with the Product Liability team. His areas of practice focus
primarily on automotive manu- facturer litigation, trucking
and transportation, and other complex litigation.
David graduated magna cum laude from the
University of South Carolina with a B.S. in criminal justice
and minor in political science. He obtained his Juris Doctor
degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law
in 2006, where he graduated cum laude, was a member
of the Student Bar Association and served on the South
Carolina Law Review.
While in law school, David was inducted into the Order of
the Wig and Robe and the Order of the Coif. He also received
the CALI Award, formerly the American Jurisprudence Award,
for Secured Transactions and Intellectual Property.
