with experienced attorneys in their transition to the firm.

Committing you to a team
While other law firms may “pool” all new attorneys to be
assigned based on need throughout the firm, Turner Padget
believes that your career as an attorney begins day one, and
as such you will need to gain exposure and experience in the
practice area of your choice.
You will be assigned to a
specific practice area and work directly with senior
associates and shareholders who have a vested interest in
educating you and helping you succeed. They will get to know
who you are and how you can add value to the team. Your
growth with the firm may lead you to other practice areas in
the future, but you will have a team of people, base of
knowledge and invaluable resources as you forge your career
ahead.
In addition, Turner Padget has embarked on a
leadership and training program for all associates, which
will allow you to ask the tough questions, network,
benchmark successes and learn about firm expectations and
programs. Associates meet on a quarterly basis with
shareholders on the Associate Development Committee.
