General Biography
John M. Scott, III is a native of Florence who focuses his practice in Tax Planning. The needs and issues John addresses for his clients range from estate planning, to the administration of estates and trusts, to organizing and then advising business entities with regard to their operational and management issues, to mergers and acquisitions, and to commercial real estate transactions including section 1031 exchanges. John is a member of the South Carolina and Florence County Bar Associations and a member of the Tax Law and Probate and Estate Planning Sections of the South Carolina Bar.
