General Biography
Heath is a shareholder in the firm and a resident in the Florence office.  He is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group.  Areas of emphasis within his practice include motor vehicle torts, insurance coverage disputes, premises liability, trucking and transportation, construction litigation and general torts.

He graduated in 1999 from the University of South Carolina School of Law earning his Juris Doctorate.  Prior to joining Turner Padget, Heath served as a law clerk to the Honorable James E. Brogdon, Jr. of the South Carolina Twelfth Judicial Circuit.
