General Biography
Reggie is a shareholder in the Columbia office, and he
represents businesses and employers throughout the
Southeast. The South Carolina Supreme Court has
certified Reggie as a Specialist in Employment and Labor
Law.
He advises and counsels employers in all aspects of
employment and labor law and has extensive experience
representing businesses in state and federal courts and in
administrative tribunals.
Reggie successfully has defended employers in litigation,
including class action litigation, involving allegations of
discrimination, retaliation, workplace harassment, wrongful
termination, unfair labor practices, breach of contract,
negligent hiring and supervision, and violations of wage and
hour laws. In addition, Reggie frequently writes employee
handbooks, policy manuals, affirmative action plans,
non-compete and trade secret agreements, and employment
contracts and has advised companies during union organizing
attempts.
