General Biography
John Blincow, Jr. is a shareholder in the Charleston office.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of professional liability, business and commercial litigation, trucking and transportation and product liability.  He represents Plaintiffs and Defendants in cases involving catastrophic injuries and claims of punitive exposure.  John is experienced in class actions, consolidated trials and other complex litigation. He has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers of America (2007 edition) in the specialty of medical malpractice law.  He has experience in premises liability cases and serves as coordinating counsel in South Carolina for a large retail company.  In addition to trying cases throughout South Carolina, he has served as lead trial counsel in other states, including Georgia and Florida.  He regularly speaks to professional groups on subjects related to his areas of practice.
