General Biography
Pierce’s practice focuses on business and commercial
counseling and litigation assisting clients with regard to
business organizations, corporate governance, buy-sell
agreements, contract disputes, business torts, commercial
collections and real property and probate disputes. He
has extensive experience in handling commercial collection
and foreclosure maters for financial institutions. He is a
native of Florence and began practicing in Turner Padget’s
office in 2004.
Pierce was selected to participate in the ABA Section of
Litigation Young Lawyer Leadership Program in 2007.
One of only four lawyers nationwide invited to join the
program, Pierce was extensively involved in the Section of
Litigation leadership. He has continued his involvement with
the Section of Litigation, where he now serves as Co-Chair
of the First Chair Press.
