Catherine Cunningham is on the employment team in Turner Padget’s Columbia office. Her practice focuses general business litigation with an emphasis on labor and employment matters.
Catherine received her Bachelor’s degree from Clemson University. After graduating, Catherine worked for nearly three years as a litigation paralegal where she developed a strong interest and passion for the law. The skills she acquired as a paralegal proved to be invaluable throughout law school and in her practice now.
Catherine graduated Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law. During law school, Catherine served as a Research Editor for the American Bar Association Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal. She also clerked at Turner Padget and was happy to join the firm as an associate upon graduating.
Catherine was born and raised in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Outside of work, Catherine enjoys cheering for the Clemson Tigers, being outdoors, and spending time with family, friends and her bellow (combination black and yellow) Labrador Retriever, Weasy.
