General Biography
Michelle is a native of Chapin, South Carolina.  After clerking with Turner Padget during law school, Michelle joined Turner Padget in 2004 as an associate on the Business Litigation and Employment and Labor Law teams. Michelle's practice includes handling and assisting in all aspects of traditional commercial litigation as well as the representation of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in construction litigation and collection matters.  Additionally, Michelle's involvement with employment law has included assisting with the defense of employers in a variety of employment aspects ranging from ERISA and employee benefits to discrimination, wage payment and breach of contract actions.
