General Biography
Matt is a resident of the Columbia office.  He graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice, with additional emphasis in history.  He then attended the University of South Carolina School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree.  He received numerous honors including the CALI Award for Insurance and for Criminal Practice. Matt is a member of Phi Alpha Delta Society and Phi Beta Kappa. 
 
Matt concentrates his practice in the area of workers' compensation law.  He appears before the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Commission and in the State Courts defending clients involved in workers' compensation matters.  He is a member of the South Carolina Bar.
