Andy E. Hendrick

Andy Hendrick has practiced law in South Carolina since 1976, and since 1980 has divided his service to clients with his service to the profession as part of Coastal Carolina University’s faculty. He has taught real estate, including a finance and appraisal curriculum, the legal environment of business, and commercial law during his tenure. He also served as the University’s director of athletics and director of the Professional Golf Management Program.

Andy has served as a municipal judge in three municipalities: Surfside Beach from 1982 to 1987; Pawleys Island from 1990 to 1992; and the City of Conway from 1987 to the present. His recent practice areas have included personal injury, premises liability, and criminal defense. Andy enjoys numerous outdoor activities and is an avid fan of Coastal Carolina and University of South Carolina athletics.

“What we do is worthwhile. I successfully defended a client in a very serious criminal matter. He  wrote me a short note a few weeks after trial that simply thanked me for saving his family.”
