C. Pierce Campbell
Pierce Campbell has practiced at Turner Padget for his entire career. His strong roots in the Pee Dee area are beneficial to his clients engaged in business in the region. Pierce is a committed litigator who can assist his clients in obtaining the results they want to achieve, whether in the courtroom or without litigation.
Pierce’s practice is divided between business and commercial litigation, and probate litigation. Representing large corporations and small partnerships has given him broad insight into the issues that all businesses face. In addition to contract disputes, corporate governance problems and shareholder disagreements, Pierce also has extensive experience with all types of banking litigation. Trial experience in probate court representing heirs, personal representatives and businesses also constitutes a large part of Pierce’s practice. His probate work provides synergy for many of his clients whose small or family-owned businesses often find themselves in probate court. Pierce also has experience in trying title disputes, partitions and other real estate litigation cases.
A lifelong Florence resident, Pierce takes great pride in being involved in his community. He serves on the board of directors of the Florence Kiwanis Club and is the junior warden at St. John’s Episcopal Church. He enjoys spending time with a “little brother” through the Pee Dee Area Big Brothers Organization. He has recently served in leadership positions for both the United Way of Florence County and Florence County Progress, an economic development group.
“I make it my personal goal to be accessible and responsive to all of my clients. I believe this communication is vital in achieving a successful resolution of matters.”
