Cynthia C. Dooley

Cindy Dooley has practiced law in South Carolina since 1997. She spends the majority of her time representing employers in workers’ compensation actions before the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission. Prior to attending law school, Cindy worked as an adjuster for a large insurance company. She has over 26 years of experience in workers’ compensation matters. Cindy brings a unique approach because of her experience as an adjuster. She understands the issues that adjusters face daily and the pressures that an employer experiences when they are involved in workers’ compensation litigation. Representing employers all over the state of South Carolina, Cindy prides herself on bringing particularly difficult cases to a good resolution for all the parties involved. Cindy was born and raised in Lexington County, S.C. and when she is not at work, she can be found somewhere on Lake Murray enjoying the water.

“I’m a firm believer in teamwork, and am proud of the way Turner Padget demonstrates the effectiveness of working together everyday. Together we can solve any problem for our clients, large or small.”
