Mike Freeman concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance, construction litigation and general civil litigation. He represents individuals, insurance companies, builders, business owners, homeowners associations and other corporate entities.
Mike typically oversees personal injury and construction defect cases from the defense perspective. The personal injury cases that Mike handles typically involve a great deal of investigation into the injuries claimed, especially in the areas of medical records and physician testimonies. Mike’s construction defect work usually focuses on the damages to a structure and investigation into the cause of the damage and identifying responsible parties for that damage. He works closely with experts in all of these fields on a regular basis, and also handles a number of cases that involve contract and homeowners’ association disputes.
