Julian K. Allen
Julian Allen started practicing in 2007 and has quickly garnered significant trial and courtroom experience, and he continues to develop his advocacy skills by representing clients in cases that bring substantial impact to their businesses. The majority of Julian’s work centers on defending personal injury and construction defect claims, which has allowed him great experience with the litigation process and in the courtroom. He realizes that while each case is different, the end goal is the same: a positive result for the client.
In the construction arena, Julian has represented clients ranging from small contractors to developers of large construction projects. Since most of his experience arises from cases in Charleston and Beaufort counties, Julian is quite familiar with the numerous water intrusion cases and the damages associated with South Carolina’s Lowcounty environment. He greatly appreciates the intricacies and implications of multi-party litigation. Julian frequently represents subcontractors, design professionals, and general contractors in claims arising from multi-family apartment complexes, single-family residences, renovation projects and large condominium developments.
He has also represented many individuals and companies in cases involving slip-and-fall and motor vehicle accidents, and he represents many South Carolina companies involved in contractual and business-related disputes.
In his spare time, Julian spends time helping high school students with their trial advocacy competition by coaching the Fort Dorchester Mock Trial Team.
“I strive to be as efficient as possible while obtaining a beneficial result for the client.”
