Nosizi Ralephata

Nosi Ralephata is an experienced trial lawyer who handles litigation in a wide range of substantive areas. Nosi’s cases typically require resolution through extensive motions’ practice, mediation and settlement, when appropriate. Nosi has also taken cases through the appellate process, and she has been involved in several appellate decisions.

Nosi has been a resident of South Carolina since 1999, and brings her international perspective to the firm as a native of Zimbabwe. She has lived and studied abroad in England and Botswana. She has served as a faculty member teaching a transnational dispute resolution course in London. Nosi completed a fellowship with the South Carolina Senate Judiciary Committee. In her free time, she enjoys whitewater rafting and international travel.
