William E. Shaughnessy
Bill Shaughnessy has practiced law in South Carolina since 1971. Throughout his career, Bill's practice has principally involved representation of employers and their carriers in workers' compensation. His practice has run the full gambit of workers' compensation claims, including industrial accidents, occupational stress-related claims, occupational disease claims and, more recently, repetitive trauma injury (cumulative trauma disorder) claims. Throughout his year of practice, Bill continually deals with issues involving the interaction between workers compensation claims and other employment-related claims.
