General Biography
Eric has practiced law in the Upstate of South Carolina since graduating from law school in 1989. His practice started as a basic insurance practice, but over the years he has handled a wide-variety of litigated matters. He has served on the executive committee of the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys Association since 2000.  In 1999, he became certified as a mediator by the South Carolina Supreme Court and has devoted much of his time to serving as a mediator. He is also the former vice president of the Upstate Mediation Network, a group committed to expanding the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution in the Upstate of South Carolina.
