Elaine focuses primarily on diverse commercial transactional work and business and property owner association representation, including: commercial real estate development and financing, representing both lenders; representation of property owner associations in formation of private clubs, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and other business entities; mergers and acquisitions of business entities; and business counseling on various contract issues
