General Biography     
Mark is an associate in the Columbia office and practices with the Torts and Insurance team. His areas of practice focus primarily on personal injury defense relating to automobile and premise liability cases. He is admitted to practice in South Carolina state courts and the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina

Mark graduated magna cum laude from the Honor's College at the University of South Carolina with a B.S. in finance and management. Mark was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the Golden Key National Honor Society. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2005. He was an active member of the Student Bar Association and served on the student editorial staff of the South Carolina Law Review.

He is also active with the Richland County Bar Association and the Young Lawyer's division of the South Carolina Bar.
