Hannah Stetson is a member of Turner Padget’s labor and employment team, where she focuses her practice on a variety of labor and employment matters along with general business litigation. Hannah joined Turner Padget following experience at a civil defense firm, where her practice primarily involved insurance coverage and bad faith litigation as well as automobile and premises liability defense.
Hannah received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina Honors College and her Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law. While in law school, Hannah served as the Senior Notes on Comments Editor of the Wake Forest Law Review and was a member of Moot Court. She was also involved with the Wake Forest Appellate Advocacy Clinic, where she had the opportunity to brief and argue an appeal before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Hannah is licensed to practice in both South Carolina and North Carolina state and federal courts. Prior to practicing, Hannah completed two federal clerkships, one for Honorable James A. Beaty, Jr. in the United States District Court for the District of North Carolina and one for the Honorable Margaret B. Seymour in the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina.
Hannah is a native of Hilton Head, South Carolina and practices in Turner Padget’s Columbia office. Outside of the office, Hannah enjoys playing tennis, attending concerts and music festivals, and exploring Columbia's food and arts scene.
