General Biography
Mike has an extensive background in defense litigation. He has also developed an active commercial collections practice. He assists both South Carolina and out-of-state commercial clients in collection matters. He practices in both State and Federal Courts. He has experience in domesticating South Carolina judgments in foreign jurisdictions throughout the country. He has also assisted clients with domestication of foreign judgments in South Carolina. Mike has experience representing lenders in commercial foreclosure and claim and delivery (replevin) matters.

Mike has practiced with the firm since 1992. He is also a certified arbitrator and has been appointed by the Court to serve as Special Master for the purpose of conducting non-jury trials and Supplementary Proceedings. Mike is a member of the firm's Executive Committee.
