Jennifer is a corporate and commercial transactional attorney advising clients on contractual, development, leasing, financing and title matters. Jennifer represents individual and corporate clients on business formation, governance and transactions. In addition, Jennifer represents clients in real estate and business litigation. Jennifer serves as Co-Chair to Turner Padget's Financial Services Industry Group.
Jennifer’s practice centers on client service. She counsels businesses of all sizes on a range of transactional matters, including multi-million dollar commercial acquisitions and developments, CMBS, REMIC and asset-based financing, mergers and acquisitions and contractual disputes. Jennifer strives to build strong client relationships and provide honest and workable approaches to the various opportunities and issues that arise in everyday life.
Jennifer earned her undergraduate degree from Erskine College and her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. In law school, she was Senior Articles Editor of the Student Editorial Board of the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal and acted as research assistant to Professor F. Ladson Boyle. Jennifer is a native of Lexington, South Carolina, and is active in the children’s ministry at Lexington Baptist Church.
