General Biography
Donnell practices primarily in cases involving premises liability and torts and insurance where he defends clients on a statewide basis in state and federal court. He also practices labor and employment law with some experience in products liability cases.    He has experience with governmental relations serving as Counsel to the SC Senate Committee on Corrections and Penology and Senior Research Analyst for the SC Senate Finance Committee prior to joining Turner Padget. He has lobbied for International Game Technology (IGT) and the Municipal Association of South Carolina.  Donnell has been certified by The South Carolina Board of Arbitrator and Mediator Certification to serve as a Circuit Court mediator.
