Bernie Klosowski is a shareholder concentrating in intellectual property law - patent and trademark prosecution and related litigation.  Bernie has years of extensive experience in patent prosecution in the mechanical, optical, and electro-mechanical arts, as well as patent non-infringement and validity analyses, and has advised clients with respect to copyright, trade dress, and trade secret concerns.
