General Biography
Eddie has been representing clients in the trucking and transportation industry
throughout his career.  In addition to defending motor carriers, he focuses on coverage matters specifically relating to policies carried by those in the industry.  His experience includes the interpretation of the MCS-90 endorsement, logo and lease liability, and non-trucking coverage.

Eddie often presents seminars to clients on various topics in his areas of expertise. Most recently, he has given a number of presentations on tort reform in South Carolina. He also made a presentation on this topic at a recent meeting of the South Carolina Trucking Association. In the past, Eddie also has given seminars on various other insurance topics, including uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage and bad faith actions.
