General Biography
Julie has an active business, commercial, and litigation practice. She has used her legal and accounting education and experience to counsel business clients and represent them in various business and commercial cases ranging from accounting malpractice, class actions, contract disputes, officer and director liability, shareholder disputes, and business torts disputes. Julie's practice now is primarily concentrated in counseling business clients and the trial of complex commercial matters.
