Nick Skorzewski focuses his legal practice exclusively on workers’ compensation. His previous experience working in a manufacturing plant facilitated his interest to further understand both sides of a workers’ compensation claim. Nick utilizes this understanding to zealously defend his clients in claims within this complex field of South Carolina law.
Nick received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business where he studied corporate finance and entrepreneurial management. Subsequently, Nick attended the University of South Carolina School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, in 2016. Upon graduating from law school, Nick began working for a creditor rights firm where he represented various clients in bankruptcy and foreclosure matters. Nick thereafter joined Turner Padget where he uses his legal experience and analytical skills to effectively represent his clients in workers’ compensation claims.
Nick is a member of the South Carolina Bar and the Richland County Bar Associations. He is currently admitted to practice before all the South Carolina state courts, administrative agencies, and the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. Nick currently resides with his wife in Irmo, SC. When he isn’t practicing law, he enjoys coastal and inland fishing, shooting sporting clays, and cheering for the South Carolina Gamecocks.
