Paul is a litigation attorney in the Myrtle Beach office of Turner Padget. His practice focuses on automobile personal injury, premises liability and construction defect litigation. Paul grew up in a family of litigators, and has always had a strong interest in the law and litigation.
Paul attended the University of South Carolina School of Law. During his time in law school, Paul was very involved with the Mock Trial Bar. He served as Chief Justice his 3L year and competed in competitions in numerous states. Also during law school, Paul worked as a law clerk for the South Carolina Senate Judiciary Committee. During the summers, he clerked for various litigation firms along the Grand Strand. After law school, Paul was a law clerk for the Honorable William H. Seals Jr. of the South Carolina Circuit Court. For his entire tenure as law clerk, Judge Seals served as the Chief Administrative Judge of the Common Pleas docket in the 15th Circuit. This gave Paul great insight into the system, the people, and the litigation climate in Horry and Georgetown Counties.
Paul is a hard worker and his experiences have provided him with an understanding of the law and how the law relates to clients and their needs. Paul resides in Conway, South Carolina. In his free time, he enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife Cara, golfing, cooking, and cheering on the Gamecocks.
