General Biography
Jeff has been a member of the firm for 18 years.  He is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation and Corporate team.

Prior to law school, Jeff completed the MBA Program at the University of Texas.  This education has prepared Jeff to assist business clients with solutions for a broad range of business and commercial matters. In Jeff’s litigation practice he has handled cases involving construction defects, non-competition agreements, trade secrets, shareholder oppression, corporate dissolution, piercing the corporate veil, civil conspiracy, commercial contracts, professional liability (accountants and real estate appraisers), unfair trade practices, uniform commercial code (Articles 2, 3, 4, and 9), real estate, commercial collections, foreclosures and will and probate disputes.  He currently manages the firm’s statewide commercial collection practice for several of the firm’s financial institution clients. He has also handled numerous appeals resulting in several reported decisions.
