Sarah’s practice focuses on insurance litigation in the areas of construction defects, premises liability, and personal injury.
Prior to joining Turner Padget, Sarah worked at a mid-size defense firm for several years, where she was exposed to construction defect, termite control operations, auto liability, and premise liability claims. Her insurance litigation background has provided her with the skills, experience, and perspective necessary to represent clients and tackle difficult issues in the most efficient and effective way. Being prepared, reliable, and responsive are all the hallmarks of Sarah’s practice.
Sarah received her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in Journalism from West Virginia University. Following graduation, she attended West Virginia University College of Law. During law school, Sarah was selected to be a member of the National Moot Court Team. She competed in the Fourth Circuit National Moot Court Competition, where she advanced to the quarterfinals. Upon law school graduation, Sarah moved to Charleston, which she has called home for the last five years.
While Sarah dedicates herself to working diligently for her clients and obtaining successful outcomes, she also balances her work life by staying active, whether it is going to a local yoga or dance class, running, or paddle boarding.
