General Biography
Scott has a general civil litigation practice that covers a variety of industries and areas.  He has experience representing the interests of various parties in construction litigation ranging from owners, general contractors, and subcontractors to material and product suppliers.  Scott also focuses an area of his practice on the representation of product manufacturers and designers in litigation concerning products liability claims.  Additionally, he focuses an area of his practice on the insurance industry, specifically including the issues of insurance coverage and the defense of underlying personal injury claims on behalf of such clients.
