General Biography
Scott is a shareholder in our Florence office that has a complex civil litigation practice with experience in a variety of industries and areas.  He has extensive trial and appellate experience at all levels of South Carolina's State and Federal Courts.

Scott focuses one area of his practice on representing the interests of product manufacturers and designers in litigation involving product liability, medical device, and pharmaceutical litigation.  He also focuses an area of his practice on representing the various interests of the parties involved in construction litigation ranging from material and product suppliers to general contractors and subcontractors.

Scott has extensive experience representing individuals and businesses in professional liability litigation, including claims of professional negligence and fiduciary violations.  Additionally, he has extensive experience representing the insurance industry, specifically including the issues of insurance coverage, bad faith claims, and the defense of underlying litigation on behalf of such insurance clients.
