The firm has enthusiastically embraced the concept of using paralegals as attorney assistants in a number of different applications. Our litigation teams employ a number of talented paralegals who assist in the preparation of complex cases. Applicants for paralegal positions must generally have an undergraduate degree and be a graduate from an accredited paralegal school. Extensive experience as a paralegal may substitute for a four-year degree.
The secretarial and administrative staff is the backbone of the firm. Positions are periodically available in billing, accounting, systems management and a myriad of other positions required to operate a firm with more than seventy lawyers and offices in Charleston, Columbia, Florence, Greenville and Myrtle Beach.
