Elaine Fowler Re-Elected to S. C. Bar Foundation Board of Directors

Elaine Fowler has been re-elected to a three-year term on the South Carolina Bar Foundation Board of Directors. Elaine first served on the Foundation Board while President of the South Carolina Bar. She originated the Children's Fund of the Foundation to fund legal-related projects benefitting children. She is a Life Fellow of the Foundation and a Liberty Legacy Donor.
