Kennaday Publishes Article in South Carolina Lawyer

Tom Kennaday, Special Counsel in our Columbia office, has authored an article for the January 2011 issue of the South Carolina Lawyer, a publication of the South Carolina Bar. His article, “Sports Participant Liability in South Carolina: The District Court Takes a Swing,” addresses what liability a golfer or other sports participant might have when accidental events occur.
