Ashley Kirkham and Myada El-Sawi recently authored an article entitled, "The 411 on Medicare Set Aside Arrangements," featured in The Defense Line, published by the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys' Association. Ms. Kirkham is located in our Columbia office and Ms. El-Sawi is a resident in our Greenville office. Ashley and Myada examined the requirements and procedures associated with the Medicare Secondary Payer Act necessary to protect the interests of Medicare and of affected parties.
