Eric Englebardt chaired the first South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association Workers’ Compensation Boot Camp held May 24, 2012 at the Marriott Downtown in Columbia. Eric presented “So Now We Have Mediation – An Effective ‘How To’ Guide From an Experienced Mediator.” Vernon Dunbar spoke on the topic “What In the World Should I Ask This Expert?” Topics presented by other speakers were “Presentation Before the Commission: The Likes and Dislikes of the Commissioners,” “Case Evaluation: Tips on Letting Your Client Know What to Expect,” and “Using Social Media in Defending a Claim.”
