Turner Padget Hosts Seminar for Association of Corporate Counsel, South Carolina Chapter

On May 24, 2012, Turner Padget hosted a seminar for the South Carolina chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel in our Columbia office. Tim St. Clair, shareholder located in Greenville, South Carolina, presented on the topic of “Out-of-the-Box IP: Alternatives for Intellectual Property Protection”. Rene Josey, shareholder in Florence, South Carolina, presented on the topic of “Crooked Employees and Wallowing Whistleblowers: What Can Be Done to Keep Them from Cashing In?”. The presentations were followed with a panel discussion on the topics.
