Turner Padget Launches New Website to Serve as Statewide Business Resource

Aug 10, 2010

COLUMBIA, S.C. — Turner Padget Graham & Laney, P.A. is pleased to announce that the firm has launched a new website aimed at providing resources and news to South Carolina businesses.  In addition to information about the eighty-one year old South Carolina law firm and its ninety-one attorneys, the website contains newsfeeds from South Carolina’s top business publications, and links to community and industry resources. The new site, http://www.turnerpadget.com, went live this morning, August 10.

“In addition to updating our technology, we wanted to serve as a portal for statewide businesses to access news and other resources,” said Edward W. Laney IV, chief executive officer of Turner Padget. “We have a deep understanding of what it means to do business in South Carolina, and our lawyers know what it takes to be successful here. It was our goal to communicate that through this new website.”

The new website’s strategy was designed and implemented by Jaffe PR, a nationally recognized Public Reputation resource, devoted solely to law firms and legal associations.

“When we first met with Turner Padget, the attorneys conveyed to us that their clients view them as approachable and sensible, yet very serious about the law,” said Terry Isner, senior vice president creative director at Jaffe PR. “We incorporated those themes throughout the site, via the design, content, and the added resources not found on most law firm websites.”

“Our new website better conveys the outstanding experience that our attorneys have in serving clients in varied industries throughout South Carolina,” added Mr. Laney.

Jaffe PR worked in tandem with Myrtle Beach-based Fuel Interactive, the most comprehensive interactive-only advertising agency in South Carolina, to program and host the site. Fuel Interactive applied more than fifty years of combined web development experience, leveraging a comprehensive suite of interactive marketing services and software systems.
