Wilkerson and Stover Published In FDCC Quarterly

John Wilkerson and Jeff Stover recently published "Insurers' Claims for Legal Malpractice Against Defense Counsel Hired for Their Insureds" in the Spring 2011 edition of the FDCC Quarterly. The article explores the legal justification for such malpractice claims and potential legal theories of recovery for an insurer, as well as a framework to help in the assessment of the likelihood of success of a claim in a jurisdiction that has not yet addressed the issue.
