Experience
- Successfully defended a trucking company and its driver in a multiple-day trial in federal court on a wrongful death claim arising from an accident on the interstate.
- Defended a local trucking concern in defending a wrongful death case involving one of their trucks. The truck crossed the centerline of the highway, where the accident was triggered by someone pulling out in front of the truck. The case was positioned for a favorable settlement.
