With technology, our five offices in South Carolina operate as one firm in one office. Our internal technology allows us to access files firm wide with a keystroke, share knowledge in seconds with attorneys in other offices and research and analyze data in a matter of minutes.

Turner Padget views advanced technology as a driving force in client service and cost reduction. The firm has an integrated management database, customized business and SQL-based systems as well an Intranet for efficiency and integrated services. All client files are electronically stored on the integrated management system and are accessible by permission throughout every office in the firm immediately. We maintain leading technology in all offices, managed by an in-house IT staff. Turner Padget also develops special technologies to meet specific needs of clients and practice groups, including presentations, litigation materials and document collaboration and management programs.

Microsoft Office Professional	Microsoft Office is the leading business productivity software suite in use today. As such, we can easily deliver and accept work product in MS Office formats to and from clients and colleagues. Turner Padget can also work with WordPerfect documents.
Adobe Acrobat Elements	Electronic files and documents in PDF format can be viewed and printed using Adobe’s widely distributed shareware, Acrobat Reader. Provides a format for quickly delivering content-protected documents over the Internet.
Citrix Presentation Server	Allows attorneys to work from any location as though in the office via broadband internet access. Also accessible via dial-up modem.
MS Exchange Outlook Web Access (OWA)	Allow attorneys to stay in close contact with clients and colleagues even when traveling.
Genifax Legal Edition	Highly efficient inbound facsimile delivery and outbound facsimile generation.
Blackberry Enterprise Server + devices	Allow attorneys to keep in constant contact with clients, colleagues and staff when out of the office.
Innova (MacroSuite)	Facilitates the production of letters and memos that meet firm formatting standards and include detailed contact information for the attorney or legal assistant that authors the document.
PracticeMaster	Allows for fast, accurate, and consistent generation of documents and forms that must meet formatting and content rules dictated by the courts and/or regulatory bodies. This system is used primarily by Turner Padget’s Workers Compensation practice group.
On-Line Services such as WestLaw	Attorneys and legal staff perform on-line legal research, fact-checking, and information gathering using secure, subscription-based services over high-speed Internet connectivity. Mobile attorneys can access these services from anywhere using a web browser with an Internet connection.
Summation Blaze LG / LG Gold Mobile	Invaluable for managing document-intensive cases, including electronic storing, coding and searching of thousands of documents, transcripts, notes, and other case-related data. These databases assist attorneys and legal staff with developing strategies for trial preparation and delivery.
TrialDirector Suite	This is a specialized suite of applications used for compiling and delivering audio and visual presentations in the courtroom, enabling the trial attorney to display and highlight evidence very effectively and with a great deal of flexibility.
CaseMap / TimeMap	Like Summation and TrialDirector, the CaseSoft family of products plays a key role in helping the litigator accurately and efficiently examine information and present facts at trial.
