1Turner Padget’s Trucking and Transportation practice area represents clients in all types of litigation involving tractor-trailers and mass transportation. Our clients include railways, interstate and intrastate carriers, global delivery corporations, waste management entities and others.

The group offers a great deal of skill and experience in trucking cases and related matters and is able to handle cases throughout South Carolina in our five strategically located offices.
