Ashley A. Milan
AssociateAshley Milan practices out of Turner Padget’s Myrtle Beach office with a focus on insurance litigation. Her practice includes defending personal injury claims and general liability claims.
Ashley received her undergraduate degree from Coastal Carolina University where she majored in Biology and received her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. While in law school, she served as a summer law clerk for an international law firm, spent one year as a law clerk for a real estate firm, and did an externship with GrowCo working to pave the way for a local company’s national expansion.
Ashley volunteered with the school’s Pro Bono Clinic drafting Wills and Healthcare Power of Attorneys and served as a Student Attorney in the Veteran’s Clinic, where she represented clients in family law and VA benefit matters. Additionally, she was a member of Mock Trial and co-founded the Latinx Law Students Association at the University of South Carolina School of Law serving as its co-president for two years.
