Turner Padget's Chief Executive Officer Takes The Helm

Turner Padget Graham & Laney, P.A. is pleased to announce the election of the firm’s new Chief Executive Officer. The South Atlantic law firm will now be led by Florence-based Chief Executive Officer C. Pierce Campbell. Former Chief Executive Officer R. Wayne Byrd concludes his term, and continues as a Shareholder in the Business Litigation Group.

“We are excited about building our future upon the strong foundation provided by our 90-year legacy,” said Campbell, who has spent his career at Turner Padget. “Our recent expansion into Georgia, along with service providers in North Carolina and Florida, allow us to better serve our client’s needs in the rapidly evolving legal world. Understanding our clients’ business goals deeply and working to be a partner in exceeding those expectations is at the core of how our attorneys practice law. I am excited about the opportunities ahead and I know that our attorneys and staff bring the expertise and experience needed in this ever-changing world.”

Campbell’s practice focuses on corporate counseling and commercial litigation of all types. He also handles a variety of banking, probate, and trust litigation. In addition to his continuing law practice, Campbell is active his profession and community, where he serves as Chair of the City of Florence Design Review Board and on the Board of the McLeod Health Foundation. He has served in leadership roles in the American Bar Association Section of Litigation for the past 12 years.

Campbell holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Georgia and a juris doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
