René Josey Elected to ABOTA

The firm of Turner Padget Graham & Laney, P.A. proudly announces that J. Rene Josey has been approved for membership by the National Board of Directors of the American Board of Trial Advocates (“ABOTA”). Mr. Josey is a shareholder in the Florence office and is a member of the Business Litigation team whose practice includes a wide range of civil and criminal trial and appellate litigation. In 2010, he was awarded the Compleat Lawyer Award from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Judges, legislators and community leaders believe that ABOTA encompasses what is best in the legal profession. ABOTA strives to educate students and their parents, educators, judges, lawyers and all civic leaders with respect to principles of civility, professionalism and the right to trial by jury.
