Turner Padget Adds New Attorneys And Continues Firmwide Growth Efforts

Turner Padget Graham & Laney, P.A. is pleased to announce the addition of three new attorneys. William S. “Wilson” Jackson IV joins as an associate in the firm’s Insurance Litigation practice and is based in Charleston; William G. Oncken joins as an associate in the firm’s Workplace Law practice and is based in Myrtle Beach; and W. Taylor Stanley joins as an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation and Transactions practice and is based in Columbia.

William S. “Wilson” Jackson IV


Jackson’s practice is focused on personal injury and insurance litigation matters. After graduating law school, he served as a judicial clerk for The Honorable Michael G. Nettles, Resident Judge and Chief Administrative Judge for Common Pleas for South Carolina’s Twelfth Judicial Circuit. Jackson later served as a judicial clerk for The Honorable D. Garrison Hill of the South Carolina Court of Appeals.

Jackson received his undergraduate degree from The Citadel and his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

William G. Oncken

Oncken’s practice primarily focuses on employment law, labor law, and workers’ compensation defense. He started his career as a human resources professional with a large Fortune 500 manufacturing company. Oncken then moved on and began his legal career as an attorney at a leading civil litigation firm handling workers’ compensation claims and personal injury cases. He has also served in the military on a part-time basis since 2012.

Oncken received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

W. Taylor Stanley

Stanley focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, construction litigation, business litigation, real estate litigation, and other complex litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. Prior to joining Turner Padget, Stanley worked for a small construction firm in North Carolina and a full service firm in Columbia.

Stanley received his undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University and his law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
