Alan Jones represents insurance carriers, insureds, and employers as part of a broad-based litigation practice involving general litigation, workers’ compensation, insurance coverage, and appellate practice.

As part of his general litigation practice, Alan has represented defendants in cases involving personal injury, directors' and officers' liability, and liquor liability. He also has extensive experience representing general contractors and subcontractors in construction defect cases with exposure in the millions of dollars. Coverage analysis on these matters have involved underlying cases related to construction defect, prescription drug liability, personal injury, and professional liability, among others.
