Brian Kern is a trial lawyer who defends a variety of professionals, individuals, corporations, and insurance companies in civil litigation.

He helps clients navigate claims and suits at every stage, from the pre-lawsuit period all the way through mediation and trial. Brian is committed to finding creative solutions in order to achieve the best outcomes for his clients. Brian has experience litigating cases including minor injury, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, commercial business loss, and dignitary damages. Prior to law school, Brian gained experience in finance, real estate, and medical technology, which enhances his ability to understand and assess the unique legal situations faced by his clients. In addition to his litigation practice. Brian enjoys mentoring younger lawyers.

  • Resolved multiple Catholic Church abuse cases including outright dismissal of several claims.
