Dalhi Myers uses her unique background, having been the most senior in-house attorney and a partner in a law firm, to best serve her clients.

She is an outstanding corporate lawyer, whose analysis is infused with a healthy dose of real-world, practical, and hands on experience. Having help to build companies (including “greenfield and “brownfield” build) from the ground up, as internal and external counsel. She has worked with companies to build them from $0 revenue to over $100 million in revenue and has counseled the world’s largest retailer on matters as diverse as opening new stores and getting zoning applications completed to resolving multi-million-dollar claims. Dalhi understands business. 

Now as a Councilmember in one of South Carolina’s three largest Counties, she has a unique understanding of the power of economic incentives to fund growth and development. As one of 11 Councilmembers, Dalhi helps to set policy for Richland County’s annual budget, which is approximately $1.2 billion, and its “Penny Tax Project”, with a 20-year budget of $1.3 billion. She has the right combination of experience, legal talent, and hard work to help you meet your businesses’ goals and objective.

  • Acquired more than 17 network licenses for a Fortune 50 Company, four as a “first” or “second” new entrant into a newly liberalized global telecommunications market, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, and Seoul. Licenses and infrastructure build out valued at more than $100 million.
  • Managed, as Director of Legal & Regulatory Affairs, an in-house legal budget of $1.5 million. Hired and directed outside lawyers in approximately 17 Pacific Rim Countries.
  • Represented the World’s number one Retailer, the Fortune 500 company in the State of South Carolina for 5 years. Managed a portfolio of litigation, new store related realty, and general corporate affairs valued at $5 million.
